Personalised online diet consultations
The dietician will talk to you over a video call. On this
call, your dietary pattern, lifestyle habits will be discussed in detail. These consultations are done on
individual basis keeping in mind every individual’s requirements and goals
Customised diet designing
A tailor-made diet will be mailed to you. These diet plans are
designed based on individual’s medical conditions, body analysis, schedule, food choices, exercise
regime, intolerances & allergies, and individual’s fitness goals. Specialised diet plans will be designed
as and when required.
Weekly follow-ups
Your performance and results will be monitored on weekly basis. This is done
by tracking diet records, reviewing the diet plans and timely customised changes to guide you
through your fitness journey. In addition to this, the weight is monitored and personalised diet plans
are released accordingly.
