NO COOK ENERGY BAR RECIPE / SUGAR FREE ENERGY BARS

These chewy No Bake Energy Bars are rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins. This easy no bake healthy snack is also gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients:
Dates – 1 cup chopped

Sultanas / Raisins / Currants – 1/2 cup
Nuts – 1/2 cup ( cashews,walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds) Method:

  1. Take dates and sultanas in a blender and make it into a coarse mix. Transfer this into a bowl.
  2. Now take nuts in a pan and toast till golden, cool them down and take them in the same blender and powder them.Add it to the dates and knead well.
  3. Transfer this ball into a parchment lined plate and roll it a little thin.
  4. Now chill this for an hour.
  5. Cut it into squares and serve.
